Sweet corn kernels baked in white sauce
Ingredients
2 cups basic white sauce
3 cups sweet corn / 3 cups Cauliflower florets
3 tbsps grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp butter

Method
For baked corn
- Add the sweet corn kernels to the white sauce
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Transfer it to a baking dish
- Sprinkle Cheese on top, dot with butter and bake in a pre heated oven till the cheeses melts and forms a crust.

For Baked Cauliflower
Saute the cauliflower in a little butter till light brown. Repeat steps 2 – 4 as above

Variations
You can use spinach and mushrooms with the corn or boiled mixed vegetables such as beans, carrot, peas etc.
