Ingredients
- 1/2 kg fillet of fish
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp finely chopped ginger (optional)
- 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 2 egg white beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- oil for frying
