Description  Fish fillets coated with bread crumbs served with tartare sauce. An all time favourite dish

Ingredients

  • 8 pieces fillet of fish
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • juice of one lemon
  • salt to taste
  • 2 egg whites beaten
  • bread crumbs for coating
  • oil for deep frying

Method

  • Wash the fish pieces and pat them dry
  • Mix the ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and lemon juice
  • Coat each piece of fish with this masala and leave aside for an hour
  • Dip each piece in the beaten egg white and roll in the bread crumbs till it is well coated
  • Fry in oil and serve with tartare sauce.
