Description Fish fillets coated with bread crumbs served with tartare sauce. An all time favourite dish
Ingredients
- 8 pieces fillet of fish
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- juice of one lemon
- salt to taste
- 2 egg whites beaten
- bread crumbs for coating
- oil for deep frying
Method
- Wash the fish pieces and pat them dry
- Mix the ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, salt and lemon juice
- Coat each piece of fish with this masala and leave aside for an hour
- Dip each piece in the beaten egg white and roll in the bread crumbs till it is well coated
- Fry in oil and serve with tartare sauce.
