Description
Whole white pomfret marinated in spices and pan fried
Ingredients
- 2 whole white pomfret ( These fish are usually small – palm size)
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- juice of one lemon
- salt to taste
- oil
Method
- Clean the fish and make deep slits on either side
- Marinate them in the masala for atleast 2 hours
- Heat the oil in a shallow pan and cook the fish till done
Note : It can also be deep fried
