Ingredients

2 cups chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup chopped onions

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

2 teaspoons chilli powder

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon roasted sesame seed powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt to taste
- a few curry leaves

coriander leaves for garnishing

Method of Preparation

- Heat the oil in a kadai.Â
- Add the mustard seeds. When they begin to splutter add the curry leaves.Â
- Add onions and saute till they are lightly browned.Â
- Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook till the tomatoes are well done.Â
- Add the sesame seed powder. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
